Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: Reply "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to SMS messages we send, or contact us using the details below, and you will be removed from marketing lists. We may still send service-related messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.
8. Controls for Do-Not-Track features
Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") setting. No uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. California law requires us to disclose this.
9. Do United States residents have specific privacy rights?
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to request access to, correct, obtain a copy of, or delete your personal information; the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights; and the right to opt out of processing for targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or profiling. We have not collected the categories of personal information enumerated under state privacy laws in the past twelve months beyond what you voluntarily provide.
